Canaanland Have Currently Planted Over 9,000 (Nine Thousand) Churches Since The Year Began - David Oyedepo 

The president and founder of the living Faith church Aka Winners Chapel international with headquarters in Cannanland, Ota, Bishop David Oyedepo has announced that the church currently planted over 9,000 (Nine Thousand) churches since the year began.

He gave this assertion this morning at the Covenant hour of prayer which held in the church. The Bishop noted that while the economy of the world was crippled due to the lockdown imposed because of the Covid-19 Virus, the church was busy planting thousands of churches round Nigeria. 

He was quoted saying "Last Sunday, we crossed 9,000 new Churches. When everything was unlocked, we didn’t see this. When everything was on lock down, we began to see God who cannot be locked down. 

No matter what this season may have done in anyone’s life, there will be supernatural recovery. Don’t mind the mockers. We were mocked and they are still mocking us, but we are still making it."

The renowned clergyman who has stated that the church was on a mission to plant 10,000 new churches by the end of the year, also said that the church headquarters has not sent a dime for the church planting endeavors, neither have they raised offerings for the project. 

He was quoted saying below:

"We are only going to plant 10,000 new churches and we are already at 9,000. We are already there.

The next phase of your life will be absolutely struggle free. Can I tell you this and it will help you. This international headquarters has not sent a dime towards the Church planting endeavour. 

What are you carrying about and you say people are looking for you? We’ve not sent one dime. It’s 9,000 plus “Hello, gentlemen don’t you need some funds to carry through?" Response: No, we are okay sir. 

We have not raised offering in any of our churches: Mega, Mid-mega, Minor, Mini-minor. People are confused ohh. They are confused. Somebody asked one of my sons, “is it true?” He said: that’s what they are asking, even we who are inside.

Bishop David Oyedepo also enjoined all his members to engage in soul winning endeavors, as it was the key to getting unending blessings from God.
