Phil Collins Devastated As Wife dumps Him For A Guitarist 

Phil Collins was left heartbroken when the ex-wife he rekindled a romance with decided to dump him – via text.

And if 69-year-old phil was hoping his ex-wife, Orianne Cevey, might change her mind again, it appears too late – as she has already married someone else.

Phil and third wife Orianne were originally married back in 1999 and enjoyed a nine year romance before divorcing in 2008.

The couple have two sons together, Nicholas and Matthew, and met when Orianne was working as a translator for the I Don’t Care Anymore singer.

Phil and Orianne reunited in 2016 after they moved to Miami, Florida – with the singer originally relocating there to be closer to his sons before falling again for his ex-wife.

However, the romance soured again and this month a court battle has been launched after Phil filed an eviction notice to Orianne after she secretly married a guitarist named Thomas Bates in August.

Phil was dumped by Orianne via text – where she revealed she was getting hitched to someone else.

The text message is reported as stating she had: “found someone and would like to try to see if I can be happy again”.

It is believed the text message was received by an astonished Phil in July – while Orianne and Thomas tied-the-knot on August 2.

In The Air Tonight singer Phil has been married and divorced three times.

Hi first marriage was from 1975 to 1980 when he was married to Canadian Andrea Bertorelli who he had known since they were both 11-years-old.

The couple tied-the-knot when they were both 24, with Phil adopting Andrea’s daughter, Joely, from another relationship, and together they have a son named Simon.

Phil’s second wife was American Jill Tavelman who he wed in 1984.

Together they have a daughter, Emily In Paris actress Lily Collins, who was born in 1989.

However, the couple split in 1994 and finalised their divorce in 1996.

Breaking up has been costly for Phil with his divorce to Jill said to have cost £17 million, while his divorce from Orianne made British celebrity divorce history in the 2000s when he paid £25 million to the Swiss translator.
