Actress Yvonne Nelson has thrown her weight behind rapper Eno Barony to win the Rapper of the Year award at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The female rapper has been nominated alongside rappers like Sarkodie, M.anifest, Sarkodie in the same category and she is looking forward to clinching onto the much-coveted award this year.
In a tweet, Yvonne Nelson said Eno Barony is the special one and deserves to win big at this year’s VGMA especially the category that has to do with the rapper of the year.

Eno Barony’s song with Kofi Mole,” Mind Your Business” has also been nominated for Hip Hop Song Of The Year and she is looking forward to winning that category too.
Eno has been a strong force to reckon with when it comes to the rap game in Ghana. Her ability to drop mindblowing lines and punchlines interspersed with strong language positions her as a strong hip hop star.
However, her works have been rarely recognized and Yvonne Nelson, just like many Ghanaians, believes the time is right for her to win an award as great and prestigious as the 2020 VGMA Rapper Of The Year.
