Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic reposted a video from Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN) urging the Federal Government to reopen cinemas in Nigeria.
If you recall, cinemas were one of the industries that was shut down due to COVID-19 to reduce the spread of the virus.
CEAN instagram caption reads;

Major Cinemas all over the world are currently opened, with all the safety measures and protocols put in place to reduce the risk of the contagion.
Nigerian Cinemas are yet to open even after following this same global trend to ensure safety, the industry is at its brink of bankruptcy if nothing is done soon, industry staff are suffering. Help spread the word!
