In a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbodiyan, the PDP faulted Buhari for failing to find a solution to the myriads of political, economic, and security crises ravaging the country.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has reacted to the political drama that occurred on Saturday where the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki was booed by a crowd of youths with chants of ‘thief’ as he visited the palace of the Oba of Benin.
Speaking in a reaction to the drama in the Edo state capital, chairman of Obaseki/Shaibu campaign council, Mr Dan Orbih alleged that the attack carried out on the PDP convoy could lead to a serious conflict involving states which had their governors in attendance.

Senator Rochas Okorocha, a former governor of Imo State, has debunked reports that he is working with Emeka Ihedioha to oust Governor Hope Uzodinma.
Recall that the Supreme Court on January 14, 2020, sacked Ihedioha as the governor of Imo state.
In a statement on Sunday by his media team, Okorocha denied involvement in the Supreme Court suit instituted by the 2019 governorship candidate of the Reformed and Advancement Party (RAP), Kingdom Okere.

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has clarified that the six percent stamp duty charge on tenancy which was announced earlier will only apply to tenancy and lease agreements that are above 21 years.
The FIRS executive chairman, Muhammad Nami, who spoke yesterday during a webinar themed ‘Stamp Duty: The New Black Gold?’, said stamp duty charges on tenancy and lease agreements would be graduated.
